"It's a request..DO NOT BOOK THIS HOTEL guys. I booked this hotel for my parents as I live in a PG. Unfortunately, their services are too poor. They charge high and quality of services are pathetic. AC doesn't work, No water in the toilet even after several complaints. TV not working (added the pictures), toilets not clean, they did not give the towels even after multiple requests. The guy who sits at the counter is way too brash and always laughs when someone complains. All in all, please avoid this hotel. Better book the hotel near to it which is cheaper and offers more affordable option. Also, all the reviews of 5 stars are totally fake and manipulated."

"Good hotel to stay specially on your personal visit. Economical in the heart of Noida connectivity with proximity to metro station. Good food with sufficient qty at reasonable prices. Co operative staff. If you are looking for good safe hotel in the range of 1500/- to 2000/-, this can be a very good choice with neat & clean rooms. Few others Oyo type hotels are also available nearby but not good to stay with families due to youngsters short period stay activities."

"Hotel staff is highly indisciplined. I was forced to put positive review for a bribe of Tea and snacks. Basic necessities in room like cleanliness, hygiene, dental kit, were missing. The stay is not at all recommended in this hotel."

"Room service is good. But LED TV was Not working- remote not working and d2h issue. Location is good but Mobile Network Unavailable inside rooms, Wifi available with very low signal strength. Overall SO SO experience."

"I had stayed in this hotel for 6 days. Right from the start have faced poor customer experience. Constant pestering for daily payment. Hotel Manager is reluctant to provide plates if you don't order from their restuarant and simply said No, even though I have ordered from them for first 3 days which was not worth it. After Mentioning my friends sickness which required special liquid food which I purchased from outside, they gave me plates. Also I was even ready to pay for that damn plates. Later after checkout its been 3 days still have not received Hotel food Bill as per their commitment. All hotels provide this at the very checkout but their incompetent staff couldn't prepare GST bill and has to wait for owner. Their receptionist Mr. Sanjay Gupta is not at all having experience to handle customer and a great procrastinating expert."
